Dennis Ames

Project Manager

Dennis has worked in the residential, commercial, and institutional landscape and building industry for 20 years. He specializes in natural stone landscape applications, and architectural construction - both new builds and restoration. He has worked with PAI on multiple residential and institutional projects throughout his 20 years and has now joined our team as a Project Manager!

His previous experience includes multiple new hotels and commercial buildings in Portsmouth, NH and Manchester, NH, institutional projects at New England College, Southern New Hampshire University, University of New Hampshire, Plymouth State University, and Merrimack College. Some of the projects he is most proud of include The African Burying Ground in Portsmouth, NH, the John Smith Monument in Rye, NH, both of the Veterans Parks in Dover and Somersworth, NH, and the CETA building at Southern New Hampshire University.

Other than his love for natural stone, he enjoys spending his free time with family, his wife Stephanie, and friends. He is a life-long resident of New Hampshire and enjoys everything our state has to offer. Other things important to Dennis are hiking, mountain and road biking, running and golf.
