Ross Schaner
Operations Coordinator
Ross has worked in the horticulture and floral design industries for over 15 years. His educational background in both Biology and Illustration provide the foundation for his love of designing with plants. Ross cites his time with Emily Thompson Flowers in Manhattan as pivotal in his understanding of using plant material for creative expression. Ross most recently served as the Head Gardener at Dingleton House in Cornish, NH. There he worked alongside garden designer Bill Noble to restore and revitalize one of the great American gardens designed by Charles A. Platt.
When he’s not outside working he’s usually also outside trekking, swimming hole hunting, and studying rare and ecologically significant habitats. Some would say Ross is a foodie and a clothing snob but neither of these are confirmed.
